The short version
This site has one form. If you fill it in, I receive what you typed so I can reply. That is the whole of it.
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no cookie banner, and no third-party tracking script on this site, because there are no cookies to consent to.
What the form collects
First name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message field.
Along with that submission my server receives the country code your request arrives with and your browser’s user-agent string. Those come with any web request and are kept only as context on the message.
The introduction video
The video on the home page does not load until you press play. Until then YouTube receives no request from you and sets no cookie.
If you press play it loads through youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube’s own policy applies from that point.
Where it goes
Submissions are forwarded to the customer relationship system I use to manage enquiries, currently GoHighLevel, so that a message does not get lost in an inbox.
They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build a profile of you. I use them to answer you and to keep track of our conversation if we end up working together.
How long it is kept
If we do not end up working together, I delete the enquiry when it is clearly no longer relevant.
If we do, the record stays for as long as the working relationship and any legal or accounting obligation requires.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse, which is a normal part of any website being online.
Your rights
I am based in Romania, so the GDPR applies. You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and I will do it.
Write to and say what you want. You do not need to explain why.
This page is not legal advice
I wrote this to describe honestly what the site does, because a privacy page copied from somewhere else describes somebody else’s website. If you need it to be watertight for a specific jurisdiction or contract, have a lawyer read it.
