Someone in your business is a copy-paste machine.

Every business runs on a few steps that only happen because a specific person remembers to do them. Those steps are slow, they break quietly, and they leave when that person does.

  • Leads sit unanswered because nobody saw the form
  • The same data gets typed into three different tools
  • Follow-up depends on whether someone had a good week
  • Nobody can say what happens after a client signs up
The mascot up to his chest in a drift of paper forms, holding up an unspooling printout while a clock spins overhead.

Three things, and they arrive in this order.

Most clients start with the first and keep me for the third.

Your tools stop needing a person

I connect your apps with n8n and APIs so the handoff happens on its own, and so it happens the same way every time.

GoHighLevel you can still read later

Pipelines, triggers, funnels and email automation, structured well enough that you or your next hire can open the workspace in six months and understand it. Structure first, then triggers.

Someone to call when it breaks

Automations fail quietly, usually because a tool you depend on changed. I monitor what I build, fix it, and document it so your team is not locked to me.

Tools I build with: n8n, Make.com, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Airtable, Webflow, Wix, Google Sheets, Kajabi, Cloudflare, Next.js, Astro, React, Claude.

Eleven builds, grouped by what they are.

Not a capability list. Real systems that ran for real clients, described closely enough that you can judge whether I can do yours.

Funnels & websites4

The CIGGA-Labs hero, with the illustrated mascot behind the headline card.

CIGGA-Labs

My own studio site, built as one continuous illustrated story: the visitor follows a mascot through the leak, the diagnosis, the build and the deployment. Two reading modes, a drag-to-compare before and after, and an eleven-scene illustrated world.

Coaching program launch

Technical lead on an international relationship coaching launch. I owned the architecture and coordinated the people shipping against it.

Case study

The School Avoidance Alliance entry portal, offering three paths: parent, school professional, and clinician.

School Avoidance Alliance

An entry portal that sorts every visitor into the right path before they read a word of content. Parent, school professional or clinician, each with its own destination.

React, component build

Case study

Ana Csere Skin Care

Single-page lead capture for Facebook ad traffic in Boca Raton. Leads land in GoHighLevel. Fonts, logo and hero are inlined at build so the whole page ships as one file.

CRM builds3

The Parenting Resources funnel shown on a laptop and a phone.

Child development funnel

A full GoHighLevel ecosystem. Funnels, payments, programs, community and automation in one system instead of five that ignored each other.

The Lowcountry Garage Ops landing page with its inline quote form.

Lowcountry Garage Ops

The GoHighLevel side of a Charleston garage business. The quote form, the pipeline behind it, and the email and SMS follow-up that runs once a lead arrives.

GoHighLevel add-on

A custom interface layered onto GoHighLevel, with the AI work handled by n8n behind it, so the client gets a screen that fits their process rather than the one the platform ships with.

Automations2

The n8n canvas for this pipeline, with grouped flows for sheet intake, article generation, Webflow publishing, Google Docs backup, analytics and image generation.

An SEO pipeline that publishes without a human

It researches a topic, writes the long form article, publishes it to Webflow, backs the draft up to Google Docs, attaches generated images and reports its own analytics. Nobody opens a tab.

Research → Write → Publish → Track

Applications & builds3

Combat Boost

One CMS and one frontend serving a separate site for every martial arts school on the platform. Onboarding a new school is a command, not a rebuild.

Case study

Obiecte de Colecție

An online auction house for collectibles, built on the Catawiki model: curated lots by category, verified by experts, with live bidding.

Case study

OneDrive Recorder

Screen and microphone capture that writes straight into a synced OneDrive folder. No Microsoft account inside the app, no client secret, no Graph integration. It rides the official client instead.

GoHighLevel contract

No proposal before I understand the work.

We talk

You walk me through how the work happens now, including the parts that only work because someone remembers to do them.

I map it

What can be automated, what should not be, and what it costs you to leave it alone. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet, and I say so.

You get a plan

A clear sequence with milestones, agreed before anything is built, so you know what arrives when.

It keeps running

I monitor it, repair it when your tools change, and improve it as the business grows.

Before you book.

What do you actually help with?

Automating repetitive work, organising systems and making tools work together. In practice that is workflow automation with n8n and APIs, GoHighLevel setup, funnel building, email automation and ongoing technical support.

Do you work with small teams or large companies?

Both. Solo founders, agencies and growing companies, as long as automation actually makes sense for the workflow. If it does not, I will tell you on the call rather than sell you a project.

How do we start?

A short discovery call. I learn how your processes work, identify what can be automated, and come back with a plan and milestones.

What happens after the build?

Ongoing support, monitoring and improvements as things change. Everything is documented, so staying with me is a choice rather than a dependency.

Book a call.

Bring the process that annoys you most. A short call is usually enough for me to tell you whether it is worth automating.
